We all know that nokia s40 (as 3110, 3500, 7210, 5130 etc) handsets does not allow one to give proxy with an access point. So wap gprs plans (as nop, smartwap) does not work with opera & other apps.
But here is the solution. I have created some .prov files that will work as settings. Download & send them to your s40 by bluetooth (object push)
